Mr. Rishad Parambath Gafoor

Mr. Rishad Parambath Gafoor is an accomplished management professional with more than two decades of experience in operations, marketing, branding, and organisational leadership. He currently serves as Operations Manager at Sea Pride LLC, Oman, where he has worked since 2013. In this role, he oversees daily operations, streamlines processes, coordinates teams, and supports strategic business development. His earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at FWD Life Magazine and UK Malayalam Pathram. He also worked as Senior Operations Executive at Planet Edu, an examination centre associated with IDP IELTS Australia. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from Mahatma Gandhi University and a professional certification in Digital Marketing from Manipal University. He completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme developed by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

His core strengths include leadership, operational optimisation, strategic marketing, digital branding, communication, and community engagement. A former College Union Chairman and Magazine Editor, he was also recognised as the NSS Best Male Camper and excelled in inter-collegiate arts and sports competitions.
