Special Assembly-Joy and Power of Reading by Class III C

Class 3C conducted a special assembly on 19 August 2026 on the theme “The Joy and Power of Reading.” The assembly commenced with a welcome address, followed by the morning prayer.The programme continued with the Thought for the Day and the School Vision, followed by a General Knowledge (GK) segment, in which the students demonstrated their knowledge and confidence.A speech highlighting the importance of reading encouraged students to develop a love for books, make effective use of the library and cultivate a regular reading habit. This was followed by an engaging skit that conveyed the value of reading.The students then presented a group song on the joy of reading. The programme concluded with a creative presentation of reading-related quotes using flash cards, followed by the National Anthem.The students of Class 3C participated with confidence and enthusiasm, successfully conveying the value of reading through a variety of engaging presentations.
